Bill Nelson is the President of Mind Management Group in Windermere, Florida. He has worked for and with some of the best minds in performance psychology including Jim Fannin, Chuck Hogan, and Gio Valiente. His client list includes PGA, LPGA, Nationwide, and Ladies European Tour players. Bill also coaches some of the best junior golfers in the world. Many of his juniors are nationally ranked and have won AJGA Events, National Invitationals, and State Titles. His practice is not just limited to athletes. His business clients include CEOs from financial services companies, sports agents, actresses, and authors. Bill has over twenty years of experience in sales, management, public speaking, and coaching.
Bill has played competitive amateur golf at the highest level for over 20 years. He has been ranked as high as eleventh in the state of Florida and in the top 200 golfers nationally. He has played in the US Amateur, two US Mid Amateurs, and numerous state competitions. In 2004 he became the first golfer in Florida to play in the US Am, US Mid Am, State Am, and State Mid Am in the same year.
When Bill is not helping clients he enjoys movies, music, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Since 2006 he has coached elite level athletes from the PGA Tour, LPGA, MLB, MMA, NASCAR, and the Olympics. His passion includes training the mindset of developing juniors. He has instructed foundational learning seminars for the AJGA, FSGA, high school athletic programs, NCAA college programs, and inner-city outreach programs in Chicago, IL. In addition to working with athletes Gaston has personally coached CEOs and executive teams for Fortune 500 companies, financial advisors, traders, healthcare managerial teams, actors, musicians, authors, and your everyday client looking to find optimal success in life.
His expertise in peak performance training is rooted in his vast knowledge of neuroscience, physiology, psychology and biology. Gaston has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University. His undergraduate studies in biology and psychology were completed at Illinois Wesleyan University with additional coursework in biological sciences at Harvard University.
In his free time Gaston enjoys cooking, reading, yoga, music, martial arts, and cherishing his moments with his wife and two daughters.
